Project Manager/Customer Service for Printing Company

Job Description Summary:
Provide post-sales customer support and project management in a print/manufacturing environment for order fulfillment of print, specialty items, and print related services.  Execute orders from customers received through DSF orders (online orders), sales reps, or through direct contact with the customer.

Process orders
Enter estimate requests/generate quote letters.
Coordinate all corrections and/or changes that occur during a live job through written and/or verbal instructions.
Data entry responsibilities
Review and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
Must have very good oral and written communication skills
Requires very good organizational skills (e.g. ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines).
Knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations
General knowledge of technology and ability to work comfortably with computers and software programs such as MS Office word processing, spreadsheets or other programs specific to the job in order to complete duties successfully.
Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the print business in which there is frequent contact with multiple departments while completing daily work assignments of the job.

Required Experience
HS diploma or equivalent
2 years of administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment

Experience in commercial printing is a huge plus!

Press Assistant

We are looking for full-time press helpers on 12-hour rotating shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM. Will train the right candidate, but must be mechanically inclined. 

Duties include:
Feed stock through press, throw and restack paper.
Learn basics of press operation
Assist the press operator and work as a team
Clean & maintain the press.

Press Operator

We need experienced operators, minimum 3 years experience required on sheetfed presses. When applying, please detail the presses you have had experience with.

KBA 105 6-color 40"
KBA 105 5-color 40"
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Bindery Helper

We are looking for full-time and part-time helpers for our bindery department. Openings on 1st, and 2nd shifts.  No experience necessary - we will train the right candidate. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods of time. Benefits packages come with full-time positions.

Bindery Operator

We are looking for full-time bindery operators for our second shift. Hours are 3pm - 11:30pm with a half hour lunch. Benefits offered. This position would involve running our Folders, Cutters, and Stitching equipment. Minimum 5 years experience in folding/cutting required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods of time. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Stahl, Polar, and Mueller-Martini equipment. Please let us know what types of machines you have worked with in the past.

Mail Room Clerk

We are a commercial printer expanding our mailing services and looking for a Full-Time Mail Room Clerk. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 pm. This position offers a full benefits package. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience, knowledge, familiarity in the setup and operation of inserters, tabbers and inkjet mailing equipment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a bulk mailing environment
  • Basic understanding of USPS rules and regulations
  • Proficiency working in Excel
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Be detail-oriented and efficient.
  • he ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

  • This position will primarily be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining and trouble shooting mailing equipment. Please let us know if you have experience processing data (mail lists) for direct mailings.
